Alpina Trasporti owns a customs area of about 2,000 square meters, directly depending on the Ministry of Finance and Varese Customs Authorities.
The customs office can offer to our customers, foreign representatives and agents, a wide range of specialized and fast services:

• customs classification of goods
• import/export customs operations
• assistance in customs examinations
• temporary exports and re-imports
• issue of TIR carnets
• ATR, EUR1, CMR and FCR compilation
• warehousing of foreign goods (A3-A4)
• fiscal warehousing
• authorization and refund requests
• filling and reporting of Intrastat lists
• fiscal representation for companies outside the EU

With Alpina Trasporti you can leave your goods in the warehouse, with VAT Storage. That means you can store your goods without having to pay VAT in advance: it will be paid upon goods exit. Your financial risk is minimized, and you will take advantage of seamless customs clearance: sometimes the new owner takes care of it.

Our warehouse facility of about 10,000 square meters is divided into 4 areas:

WAREHOUSING AREA - The warehousing area is suitably equipped with shelves for pallets and drive in, allowing for the storage of about 15,000 palettes.
CUSTOMS AREA - The customs area is authorized and connected via computer to the Ministry of Finance and Varese Customs Authorities.
LOADING / UNLOADING AREA - This area is dedicated to the handling of goods for the road, sea/air international and national transport fields.
PACKAGING AND PICKING AREA - This area is specifically dedicated to our major customers in the “e-commerce” industry, where the following procedures are carried out:

• reception of goods from suppliers, integrity and quantity check, issue of goods receipt note.
• goods check, quality control and warehousing with optical barcode readers.
• preparation, assembly, packaging and labelling of outgoing orders.
• invoice, waybill and parcel label print.

Alpina Trasporti's productive capacity processes about 6,000 orders per day, but with its maximum flexibility it can reach daily peaks of 10,000 units.
